Terms of Use
Language and Precedence. This Terms of Use document is provided in English (prevailing version) and Portuguese (Brazil) for convenience. In the event of any conflict, the English version controls.
1. About WeTrack
WeTrack ("App") is a personal financial organization application operated by We Feel Marketing LLC, a company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, United States ("We Feel", "we", "our").
WeTrack is part of an ecosystem of tools and services focused on financial organization, education, and planning, which may include related brands such as WePlan and We Plan Life.
By creating an account or using WeTrack, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You may use WeTrack only if:
- you are at least 18 years old or legally capable of entering into contracts in your jurisdiction; and
- if using the App on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind such entity.
3. User Account and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activities performed through your account are presumed to be authorized by you.
If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at contato@wetrackapp.com.
4. Permitted and Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- use the App for illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful purposes;
- access or attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization;
- interfere with or bypass security features;
- copy, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the App without written authorization; or
- introduce malicious code, viruses, or harmful scripts.
We may suspend or terminate your account if violations are identified.
5. Free Features and Paid Plans
WeTrack may offer free features and paid subscription plans ("Pro Plans"). Details regarding pricing, features, trials, billing, and renewals are provided within the App or on the official website.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue plans in compliance with applicable law, with reasonable notice when required.
6. User Content and Data
You are solely responsible for the financial and personal information you input into the App.
You grant We Feel a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide license to store, process, and display such data solely to:
- operate and maintain the App;
- personalize your experience; and
- improve services in an aggregated and/or anonymized manner where possible.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to WeTrack belong to We Feel Marketing LLC or its licensors.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms. No ownership rights are transferred.
8. Communications and Marketing
By creating an account, you may authorize communications via email, SMS, or phone calls, including:
- operational notices;
- educational content; and
- optional information about related financial planning and protection services offered by brands within the We Feel ecosystem, such as We Plan Life.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Opting out does not affect essential service-related communications.
9. Disclaimer of Financial Advice
WeTrack is a financial organization and planning support tool only. We do not provide financial, legal, tax, accounting, investment, or insurance advice.
All financial decisions made based on information displayed in the App are solely your responsibility.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, We Feel Marketing LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.
12. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, legal obligations, or service discontinuation, with reasonable notice when applicable.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

O WeTrack ("Aplicativo", "App") é um aplicativo de organização financeira pessoal operado pela We Feel Marketing LLC, empresa constituída sob as leis do Estado da Flórida, Estados Unidos ("We Feel", "nós", "nosso").
O WeTrack faz parte de um ecossistema de ferramentas e serviços voltados à organização, educação e planejamento financeiro, que pode incluir marcas relacionadas como WePlan e We Plan Life.
Ao criar uma conta ou utilizar o WeTrack, você declara que leu, entendeu e concorda com estes Termos de Uso ("Termos") e com a nossa Política de Privacidade.
2. Elegibilidade
Você só pode utilizar o WeTrack se:
- tiver pelo menos 18 anos de idade ou for legalmente capaz de celebrar contratos na sua jurisdição; e
- se estiver utilizando o App em nome de uma empresa, declarar que possui poderes para representá-la.
3. Conta do Usuário e Segurança
Você é responsável por manter a confidencialidade das credenciais de acesso. Qualquer atividade realizada por meio da sua conta será presumida como feita por você ou com sua autorização.
Se suspeitar de uso indevido ou acesso não autorizado, notifique-nos imediatamente pelo e-mail contato@wetrackapp.com.
4. Uso Permitido e Proibido
Ao utilizar o WeTrack, você se compromete a não:
- usar o App para fins ilegais, fraudulentos ou que violem leis aplicáveis;
- tentar acessar dados ou contas de outros usuários sem autorização;
- contornar, desativar ou interferir em recursos de segurança do App;
- copiar, distribuir, vender, fazer engenharia reversa ou explorar comercialmente o App ou qualquer parte dele sem autorização por escrito; ou
- inserir código malicioso, vírus, scripts ou qualquer material que comprometa a segurança do sistema.
Poderemos suspender ou encerrar sua conta se identificarmos violações destes Termos.
5. Recursos Gratuitos e Planos Pagos
O WeTrack pode oferecer recursos gratuitos e assinaturas pagas ("Planos Pro"). Detalhes de preços, funcionalidades, testes, cobrança e renovações serão informados no App ou no site oficial.
Poderemos alterar ou descontinuar planos em conformidade com a lei aplicável, com aviso razoável quando exigido.
6. Conteúdo e Dados Inseridos por Você
Você é o único responsável pelas informações financeiras e demais dados inseridos no App.
Você nos concede uma licença limitada, não exclusiva, revogável e mundial para armazenar, processar e exibir esses dados somente para:
- operar e manter o App;
- personalizar sua experiência; e
- melhorar nossos serviços, de forma agregada e/ou anonimizada quando possível.
7. Propriedade Intelectual
Todos os direitos de propriedade intelectual relacionados ao WeTrack pertencem à We Feel Marketing LLC ou a seus licenciadores.
Você recebe apenas uma licença limitada, revogável, não exclusiva e intransferível para utilizar o App conforme estes Termos, sem adquirir qualquer direito de propriedade.
8. Comunicações e Marketing
Ao criar uma conta, você pode autorizar comunicações por e-mail, SMS e/ou ligações, incluindo:
- avisos operacionais;
- conteúdos educacionais; e
- informações opcionais sobre serviços relacionados de planejamento e proteção oferecidos por marcas do ecossistema We Feel, como a We Plan Life.
Você pode optar por não receber comunicações de marketing a qualquer momento. O opt-out não impede o envio de mensagens essenciais ao serviço.
9. Isenção de Consultoria
O WeTrack é apenas uma ferramenta de apoio à organização e planejamento financeiro. Não oferecemos consultoria financeira, jurídica, tributária, contábil, de investimentos ou de seguros.
Decisões tomadas com base nas informações do App são de inteira responsabilidade do usuário.
10. Isenção de Garantias
O App é fornecido "NO ESTADO EM QUE SE ENCONTRA" e "CONFORME DISPONÍVEL", sem garantias expressas ou implícitas. Não garantimos disponibilidade ininterrupta, precisão ou operação livre de erros.
11. Limitação de Responsabilidade
Na máxima medida permitida pelas leis da Flórida, a We Feel Marketing LLC não será responsável por danos indiretos, incidentais, consequenciais, especiais ou punitivos, incluindo perda de lucros ou dados.
12. Encerramento
Você pode encerrar sua conta a qualquer momento. Podemos suspender ou encerrar contas por violações, exigências legais ou descontinuação do serviço, com aviso razoável quando aplicável.
13. Lei Aplicável e Foro
Estes Termos são regidos pelas leis do Estado da Flórida, sem consideração a regras de conflito de leis. Quaisquer disputas serão resolvidas exclusivamente nos tribunais estaduais ou federais localizados na Flórida.
